Gucci Mane is a happier prisoner today ... after being told he'll be leaving the big house 12 months earlier than expected. According to court docs ... after initially ruling against Gucci, an Atlanta judge has finally given the rapper the year's worth of credit for time served he's earned since his arrest for gun possession last September. His 39-month sentence was originally scheduled to begin August 2014 when the judge made his ruling ... but now that sentence will begin at the time of his arrest. The 34-year-old's been in and out of prison most of his adult life ... with prior stints for hitting a fan with a bottle and pushing a woman out of a moving car. He was even charged with murder in 2005 ... but prosecutors ultimately dropped the case. He's scheduled to be released in December 2016.

Reddit is stepping up its game to stop hackers from leaking stolen nude celebrity photos -- by shut down the area of the site where the pics were posted. Reddit vaguely says the pics violate its policies. It seems like its referring to the alleged underage photos of McKayla Maroney that were posted on the Fappening ... as well as illegally obtained naked pics of celebs like Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Victoria Justice. The side admins say, "While current US law does not prohibit linking to stolen materials, we deplore the theft of these images and we do not condone their widespread distribution." For what it's worth ... the guy who runs the Fappening says he's not happy about Reddit's decision.

AWFUL: 'Sons of Guns' Star Stephanie -- Changes Her Story ... My Father Raped Me Too

Stephanie Hayden is now claiming she too was sexually abused as a child by her father, Will Hayden ... and will be providing information to law enforcement to aid in the prosecution of her dad ... Stephanie -- who appeared on the Discovery reality show "Sons of Guns" with her father -- originally came to Will's defense last month after he got arresed for the alleged sexual abuse of his 12-year-old daughter. We're told Stephanie is now recanting her original statement -- and plans on meeting with investigators in Baton Rouge as early as next week to provide specific details of the sexual abuse she allegedly suffered. Kris Ford, Stephanie's husband ... recently posted a poem on Facebook that appears to be directed at Will: "You fooled with my wife when she was young. Sucking and groping, do you remember what was done?" Stephanie went on FB to respond to Kris' poem ... telling a relative she gave her husband permission to post it. Both posts were eventually taken down. An attorney for Will tells us, "After 45 shows and 20 years, this is the first I've heard of it. Her complaints arose only after her income from the show and [gun] shop stopped. She's still Will's daughter, and he loves her."

The rapper spoke to MTV about his upcoming performance, and shared his excitement to perform his new single off Nothing Was The Same. You'll get to see Drizzy perform "Hold On We're Going Home" during the event, and after his rehearsal for the show he spoke on what to expect from his set. "I get to do the new record, I'm doing 'Hold On, We're Going Home' into 'Started From the Bottom,' so [it's] really just an exciting performance to show the range and also show the diversity of music on the album," the Toronto native said. He added, "It's an incredible year to be a part of this with all of the KAWS design, it's just like the best possible thing ever. We just rehearsed and everything sounded great." His performance will definitely bring the heat-- literally."We're blowing the stage up, I got things going off, I had to test with the fire marshall and it's gonna be good," Drake revealed. "I've been doing this for a while, pyro doesn't scare me. You know I'm ready, if you've ever been on stage with Lil Wayne, he likes explosions and they're loud you know, so I'm used to it." Finally, Drizzy said you'll see some of his Nothing Was The Same cover art on the stage. "I'm pretty much just trying to stay consistent.
