Global Collaboration: Leona Lewis confirms Childish Gambino for new single 'Trouble'

Leona Lewis has confirmed the details of her new single. The singer will team up with US rapper Childish Gambino for her new cut 'Trouble', which will be released in the UK on October 7
The Emeli Sandé-penned track will be the second to be lifted from Lewis's third studio album Glassheart, which follows on October 15. Sony have classed the new release as a "global priority" with the track due to be available in multiple territories simultaneously, reports Music Week. "['Trouble' is] very deep and has amazing lyrics that are from the heart. It was great collaborating with Emeli because she really gets where I come from," Lewis told Digital Spy earlier this year. Glassheart serves as the follow-up to 2009's Echo. The new collection will feature 2011 single 'Collide' and Fraser T Smith co-write 'Come Alive'.
