Amanda Bynes risked the lives of everyone around her today when she took to the road in her battering ram black BMW ... with the front-end completely smashed in.
Bynes has maintained she's never been involved in a hit-and-run (she's been accused of three), but it is impossible the damage is from when she clipped a cop car and got arrested for DUI back in April.
But we know the damage is definitely not from the accident she was in earlier this week, because she was rear-ended in that one ... and she was driving a rental because her beemer was in the shop.
Clearly they didn't do a good job.
