Rock Video Debut: Green Day debuting 'Oh Love' music video next week

Green Day will unveil their 'Oh Love' music video next week. The Samuel Bayer-directed clip will be screened on Wednesday, August 15 on MTV First: Green Day, airing at 7.49pm ET in the US.

Green Day will also sit for an exclusive 30-minute interview with Sway Calloway. The chat will stream live on MTV.com. 'Oh Love' is the first single from Green Day's trio of albums ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tre!, which will be released over the next several months. Billie Joe Armstrong previously told MTV News that 'Oh Love' is a song about "leading [with] your heart and not necessarily with your brain". "['Oh Love' is also] kind of maybe losing your mind, and shooting a little bit more from the crotch area," Armstrong quipped. Green Day's last release 21st Century Breakdown topped the US and UK album charts in 2009
