TRUCE: Ne-Yo Apologizes To Trey Songz

After offering some unsolicited advice, Ne-Yo has apologized to Trey Songz and admitted he was in the wrong. Trey Songz is on a media tour with his new album Chapter V hitting stores this week, and interviewers have been pestering him with questions about his relationship with Ne-Yo. The two singers began beefing after Ne-Yo offered some unwarranted constructive criticism for his R&B compatriot saying Trey Songz should show more emotion when he sings. Just yesterday, while on Hot 97, things got heated between Trey and The Breakfast Club, when even though they were asked not to bring up his relationship with Ne-Yo the interviewers persisted and Songz became curt. He didn’t offer any negative commentary about Ne-Yo, but he clearly did not want to discuss their relationship. Now it seems Ne-Yo is trying to make amends and has reached out to Trey Songz on Twitter, offering an apology and saying he was wrong, “I'm a grown ass man with no problem admitting when I'm wrong or apologizing for my wrongs. W/ that said to the homie @TreySongz my bad pimp.” He then offered a congratulatory tweet on the release and success of Trey Songz new album.
