Re-Ignited: J. Cole & Diggy Simmons Beef Re-Ignited With Diggy's Diss Track "Fall Down"
J. Cole and Diggy Simmons haven't squashed their beef just yet. Although it seemed to have subsided for a month or two, Diggy is getting back at it.
It looks like the J.Cole- Diggy Simmons beef is firing back up, with Diggy's latest leak being an obvious diss track towards the NC native.
It all started with Diggy's initial diss back in April, which concerned J. Cole's relationship with Diggy's sister Vanessa. Although it seemed at first Jermaine Cole wasn't interested in the feud, he sent some sumblinal shots towards the yougn'n while performing with Kendrick Lamar on his Music Matters tour recently. Cole's lines, "picture me hatin' on a nigga with talent, caked out on his allowance," seemed to have hit a nerve, as Diggy Simmons has now followed up with a not-so-subliminal response:
"I guess I rattled you, snaggle-tooth/ you know better/ thought J stood for Jermaine not jet-setter/ you seen me and shook my hand, coppin' pleas in person / now you act less than a man, mentioning me in verses/ man you used to have dreams of my big sister kissin' ya, now it's nightmares of a little brother dissin' ya," he raps. "Sneak disses and jabs I don't really see the benefit/ but I guess you lame enough, probably keep you relevant/ maybe you should sign with me instead of Mr. Carter, how you mad at me I got a relationship with my father..."
