BIG CHICK: Beyonce Inks $50 Million Deal With Pepsi

Beyonce has signed a new deal with Pepsi, which is an endorsement of sorts, but also allows money for creative projects from Beyonce. Not that Beyonce needs the money, but the pop star just inked a major deal with Pepsi for $50 million. The deal, which Beyonce addressed in a recent statement, is a hybrid project set to include commercials, as well as a multimillion dollar fund to support Bey's creative endeavors. Beyonce says of the new venture: "Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve. As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity." The Beyonce/Pepsi campaign will coincide with the release of her new, as of yet untitled, album which is expect to drop in 2013. Sometime after her Super Bowl performance (also sponsored by Pepsi), her new commercial for the drink will air on TV. As well, you'll find Queen Bee's face all over limited edition Pepsi cans (as seen below). The collaborative side of this deal, which includes dollars for Beyonce's creative whims as stated before, could also include "live events, videos, 'a cool photo shoot' or almost anything else."
